To connect to the manager app :
1- Go to https://manager.sowellapp.com/#/
2- Enter your email and password sent by the SoWell team.
To connect to the SoWell app
1- Download the SoWell app
– Android
– Apple
2- Enter your email and password sent by the SoWell team.
1- From the menu, select the category that best corresponds to your issue.
2- Indicate your rental unit or the location of the issue.
3- Enter as much information as possible to give the building manager a clear understanding of the problem. If possible, add one or more images.
4- Indicate the level of urgency of your report: high, normal or low.
5- If you want to address the issue yourself, but still notify your building manager, you must select “I’ll take care of it”.
6- Click on “Save” to finalize your report.
1 – Navigate towards the Audit section
2 – Choose the location for your inspection.
3 – If applicable, select the type of inspection.
4- Fill in each field.
4.1- If there is nothing to report, click on “OK”.
4.2- If there is a problem, click on “Anomaly”.
4.2.1- As a report, enter as much information as possible to give the building manager a clear understanding of the inspection. If possible, add one or more images.
4.2.2- Indicate the level of urgency of your report: high, normal or low.
4.2.3- If you want to inspect yourself, but still notify your building manager, you must select “I’ll take care of it”.
4.2.4- Click on “Save” to finalize your report.
5- If the inspection is impossible because the location does not exist, click on the yellow X.
6- When the inspection is complete, click on “Archive”.
In the History section of the application, you can view all past alerts. In this section, you can also see the status of your report: “Pending”, “In progress”, “Processed” or “Rejected”. Each update to your alert will be automatically indicated in this section following modification and updates by the building manager. You can also add new photos and send a message to the building manager. If a message is sent to you, you’ll see a notification icon in the right-hand corner of your entry.
In the Reporting section, you can find the stats related to your alerts:
Statistics on
Your reports
Your audits
Team monitoring
Scheduled Controls Reporting
You’ll also find your top residences, delays, authors, seasonality and much more…
If you have voluntarily or by mistake changed the status of an alert, you can reset it to “pending” status.
1- Connect to the app manager.
2- Go to the report section.
3- Click on the report in question.
4-Whether the status of the report is “In progress” or “Completed”, you can click on “Reset” at the bottom of the alert. This will reset the report back to the “Pending” section.
If you’ve exchanged messages, don’t worry, they’ll still be available in the report!
If you have a question for the person who issued the alert, you can contact them directly from the SoWell application.
1- Log in to the app manager.
2- Go to the report section.
3- Click on the report in question.
4- At the bottom, you will find an envelope icon where you can write a message to the person who issued the alert.
